Experienced physicians and technicians. Top quality facility. What needs improvement is wait time. I have waited much to long on many occasionsCharging a 3% fee for using a credit card is not acceptable. The fee charged by the credit card company is the cost of doing business. Based on the volume of business I see at the facility, Franz can well afford to absorb the credit card fee.

Good staff. Very busy. A bit of lag time at on some of the return visits. Excellent surgical center. Super helpful Leslie and Dr. Federal. Very happy

The new facility is beautiful well organized. Staff is very friendly explains things well. Dr. Feder gives the expression to be very knowledgeable. After the exam of my eyes she tried to find the best solution for me, also under the financial aspect.The only thing I have to make a comment on, is the waiting time between the first nurse handled exams questions, until I saw the doctor. I was placed in a nice waiting area with a tv running, showing continuously shows from around 1950 The price is right!!!

Long wait and lengthy eye exam. Pleasant staff they explain everything step by step. No surprises with insurance or post visit cost. Dr Strosser is very attentive , knowledgeable and caring specialist. My recommendation is to Book yourself out for at least 3 hours and dont schedule anything else on your appointment date. You will be there for a long while. But it is worth it.
