Lots of the latest greatest equipment and VERY thorough. Tend to run late, typically taken back 30 minutes after scheduled appt and then have to wait between each eye test. Plan to allow at least 2 hours for an appt and bring something to read or do in your lap. Dr. Goel very knowledgeable and kind. Appears to be a place where they train lots of early career ophthalmology students/recent grads who are very sweet and need your patience as they are learning. Fully accessible for those with mobility related disabilities.

New office is beautiful. Techs are very nice and respectful. Dr, Burkley was very good, But the time it takes to finish the visit is amazingly LONG, too long.

Dr. Nguyen puts me through and very thorough set of examinations before seeing me in person. She answered all my questions and addressed all related issues. The down side to this is that it is a time-consuming process involving too much wait time through no fault of Dr. Nguyen. There are simply too few doctor serving too many patients.

Other than waiting longer than my actual appointment everything went smooth. A couple of things that needs your attention and needs to be changed is many of the employees were chewy gum very noticeable and not professional.And when the employees gets close to the client, a face mask needs to be worn,(I dont want to smell your bad breath)..
