Lehigh location - Tracy is great. Dr. Burkley is great. Receptionist Ashley makes you feel like you're a homeless person trying to check into the Ritz Carlton, not like you're a customer who's taken three hours of leave to make an appointment and who will likely be leaving substantial cash at Frantz. Uppity and more than a little condescending.Since I got out of hard contacts in the 90s, I've never met a doctor who needed to see me again, IN PERSON, in order to issue a lens prescription. So 10 days after my exam, I was still waiting on a prescription (more time off). Their internet or "system" seems to be down often, also, complicating ability to print documents or email confirmations.Otherwise, coffee, cookies, and candy are nice touches, and aside from reception, staff seems great.

Very nice initial visit. The staff and doctor were very accommodating and friendly. I did request that they imeadiatly contact the building owner and get the very dangerous entrance made safer for wheelchair users. I hope the next time I visit there it is resolved.

i arrived at the Cape Coral facility very close to the appointment time. this was my first appointment and I should have arrived earlier to fill out the required paperwork. Despite that, the people were accommodating and very professional and made every effort to see me at my appointed time. they showed great respect for m,y time. I would give my first visit 5 stars except the Cape Coral facility needs updating and it was having AC problems. The first appointment was strictly for diagnostic purposes. Overall, my first experience was positive and I have an appointment with Dr. Frantz to explore treatment options. I recommend Frantz Eye Care.
