The Dr was great, his assistants were great.But the front desk wouldnt give me the 200.00 credit that my insurance said I was entitled to and when I called about it they agreed. But when I went to pay for my contacts. They refused without explanation and I didnt feel like arguing with the girl at the front desk. Disappointed only for that reason.

Dr Paez is wonderful. Staff is sorta friendly. My issue is the 3% service fee for credit cards. I have a business and I feel it should be a business expense and not be taken on by the customers. Its the cost of having a business.

I went for routine exam and again for cataract consult. Its a busy place but they provide professional and efficient eye care. Just a couple glitches. Google maps did not recognize the 2500 Goodlette location and insisted on directing me to a Sandpiper Drive location. If you use maps input simply the address - 2500 Goodlette-Frank Rd with no mention of Frantz. Also, completed their online preregistration as requested. However at my first appt I had to complete all of the forms manually. The receptionist said the online system is unreliable. Other than that my experience has been good so far! Practitioners seen: Dr Edward (eye exam) and Dr Vaziri (cataract consult). Technician - Tabitha. All cordial, professional and helpful. This applies as well to support staff.
