Staff was extremely professional and extremely competent. I also noted that almost every employee I met seemed to be happy and they were all smiling. I perceived their happiness to be authentic. After meeting with Dr Frantz I also perceived him to be sincere and concerned about my well being

The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because when I went in for eye surgery (needle in my eye!) my husband drove me they would not let him in the waiting room. It is extremely difficult dangerous to drive after this procedure. I understand their waiting room is small but surgery should be an exception.
