    Wow what a poorly run medical establishment. I completed all the forms online days before my appointment. When I arrived their system lost a couple pages. The front desk person sets the standard for unfriendly. I get that I need to provide my identification and insurance card but every medical provider instantly copies these cards into their system. Not here. When told to sit down and complete the forms I said Im not leaving until I have my cards back. Ive had them lost before and it is a HIPPA violation. She was so angry that I would not sit as instructed she purposely took ten minutes to scan my cards. She found every distraction possible. Focus on your current patient. Again these are normal behaviors in all medical clinics, but not here. One star. Nicole set the standard for an eye technician. Perfection. Five stars Kind. Fast. Gentle. Informative. I would return for sure if I can see Nicole again. The technology here is new to me. I felt like I had the most detailed eye exam ever. Ill be back in a year and hopefully they solve the front desk issues. I recommend, just be prepared for the front desk lack of professionalism. Once you are on the inside this place is extremely professional.

    Lehigh location - Tracy is great. Dr. Burkley is great. Receptionist Ashley makes you feel like you're a homeless person trying to check into the Ritz Carlton, not like you're a customer who's taken three hours of leave to make an appointment and who will likely be leaving substantial cash at Frantz. Uppity and more than a little condescending.Since I got out of hard contacts in the 90s, I've never met a doctor who needed to see me again, IN PERSON, in order to issue a lens prescription. So 10 days after my exam, I was still waiting on a prescription (more time off). Their internet or "system" seems to be down often, also, complicating ability to print documents or email confirmations.Otherwise, coffee, cookies, and candy are nice touches, and aside from reception, staff seems great.
