Food was pretty good for the area, but service was terrible. Wife and I went during the rush from 6-8pm, around 7pm and sat at the bar. Bartenders were slammed but it definitely felt like they were avoiding us because we were ordering food. Wouldn't go back

Enjoyed early dinner. Atmosphere is pleasant, right on the water. Service was sufficient. (except for the little "lecture" when I requested a straw. when I stated again that I'd still like one, was handed a biodegradable straw - no wrapper, held by waitress's bare hand. weird, and a turn-off) Cobb Salad was exceptionally good, and I would definitely have it again. Arugula, avocado, chicken, dr cranberries, nice dressing. My dinner partner had the seafood medley, which was nicely prepared. The side vegetables consisted of fresh broccoli, asparagus, green beans, flavored with a bit of pepper & onion. Would like to give DiMillo's a better rating, but the straw lecture was not justified. Would recommend and return for the food and location.

My wife got raw chicken. She's nursing a 4 month old, so I didn't appreciate it. The waitress was super apologetic and took it off the bill, but still. The changing tables were immaculate compared to the rest of Portland, which we appreciated. We liked the view. Food was 6-7/10.
