    The doctors are great my issues is with the people in optical I went twice to get frames for my 6 month old and was treated like crap by the same lady twice we were treated as we couldnt afford to pay for my daughters glasses to the point she refused to try frames on my daughter till I got her in trouble with a superior when I called over the phone we finally got help we deserved at Bettendorf wont be going to rock island to ever order glasses again

    I have been a patient here for many years, I am having extreme pain in my eye and need emergency after hours care and was blatantly told NO!! By Dr. Yemm!! I have never been more angry and upset! This is my eye sight! This place deserves -100 stars!

    other than my actual Dr. the rest of the staff including the lens/glass team needs a lesson in customer service
