    Had ordered sun glass, got glasses without tint. They are in the process of correcting their error. Normally they are 100% but somebody missed a step on this one.

    I needed new reading glasses. He was very matter-of-fact. Not as much interaction to determine my requests. I explained I wasnt interested in bifocals. He completed the appointment & I assume my prescription will be correct when my glasses arrive. Needs to more conversational with the Patient.

    Get to your appointment and WAIT. Work up with a tech and WAIT. Get taken to exam room and WAIT. I LOVE Dr. Fenzel and the staff he works with but it took over 1 1/2 hours for a routine check-up. Please try and improve your office procedures when moving patients from place to place. Our time is valuable too.

    they cancelled my appointments multiple times with another Doctor and was going for another cancellation when I informed them that I took medication that my eyes needed checked for, that's when they gave me Sarah to do my eye exam.. She was amazing, if you need to be seen be sure to as for Sarah! Sarah should get 10 stars, the other doctor who kept cancelling not so much..
