Horribly rude staff. Waiting room makes you feel like a steer @ a meat packing plant with patients stacked up like cordwood. Staff tries to upsell you for more expensive treatments including way over priced glasses. Go anywhere else. ESA is WAY overrated.

He took a joke wrong ,and wood not do surgery. He did not explain why I made him so angry. Would not sit down and talk it out. Just said no surgery, and would not talk to anyone else. So they can talk to me.

I am moving on to another eye Dr. The actual time with the dr is maybe 8 minutes. Staff is not friendly and optical department seems to make mistakes in prescriptions. This is getting to be too big of a business and no one seems to care about patients. I was going to have cataract surgery there but I am going to cancel and move on.

One of the worst medical experiences that I've had. Rushed through the registration process because they were running behind. Someone came out and called my name. No introduction . No job title given. I made an appointment with the MD because of problems that I was having with my eyes. Waited two months for an appointment. The person that called my name began evaluating my vision. After this went on a few minutes, I asked if she was doing a routine eye exam. She said she was. I asked her name and job title. Response: "Vision tech". I told her that I had an optometrist and that I didn't want or need a vision exam. In fact, I said this four times. She persisted. At the end, I was given a prescription with the doctors name electronically signed. No review by the doctor. The doctor comes in, tells me that I don't have cataracts or glaucoma. Doesn't ask about presenting problems, symptoms, medical history. Nothing. When I presented one of my symptoms, from across the room, he said: "I don't see that". He proceeded to turn around and walk out of the room. My insurance was billed for vision services and medical services under the doctors name. Will be contacting the insurance company to see if these practices meet insurance criteria.
