    I was told to see Dr. Fries by the first doctor I saw. His office never called so I did. The lady was very disinterested in my problems. I called about buying lenses after repeated attempts to contact online. I couldnt remember the name of the frames but I did remember it was two words beginning with B and M Evelyn. The man said several times that it had to be Guess or something. He said just because it was on the site doesnt mean you have it. It was Badgley Mischka Evelyne. They dont have a problem getting me the bill, but after seeing 3 doctors and useing all my days off. I have no idea why I have double vision and eye pain. They wont even try to help. Just tell me to try Chicago . I gave them all my money and they cant return a phone call

    Not user friendly. People were rude, and the doctor seemed unsure why they had called me in for a checkup. I get the feeling they called me to drum up business, since I have my own optician. When they called, after eye surgery somewhere else, I figured there was a reason. Nope. Just to collect the fee.

    Took time off of work and when I showed up for my appointment, they said it was at the Rock Island office. I live in Geneseo and I even asked when I made the appointment that it was for Geneseo.
