    The doctor is fantastic. The front office staff however, is awful. They were rude from the moment I walked in and after my exam, got even more snarky because I had the audacity to think I could look at frames. Not sure how else a person shops for glasses at an eye doctor... Very disappointed in the total lack of customer service and professionalism.

    When we have so many options of where to go and who to give our business to I would think each individual would be treated with respect to gain repeat business.. Dr. Dunne is wonderful and caring.Just so unfortunate she has such a rude employee that will keep me and many others from returning. I hope Dr. Dunne realizes she is losing business because of this individual and takes it seriously. After sharing my experience with a few others found they have also changed offices for the same reason. We don't need to pay good money to be treated so rudely.

    I have been going to Eye Surgeons for about 8 years. I went in for an exam in January and I was told that my right eye had gotten worse. My doctor told me that my contact was going to be a little bit bigger and might be more uncomfortable. I asked her about Lasik all she said is "Well we don't have anyone right now that does that". I waited around 2 weeks for a trial pair. Once I received the trial pair I wore it for 2 days, it was blurry and very uncomfortable. I called and asked what could be done now. My doctor said, "You will just have to go back to your old prescription ". My old prescription? Thanks for the help!!. A week later I made an appointment with Verdi. I just got done having Refractive lens exchange. Best thing I have ever done in my life.

    Bad experience..would not/cannot recommend for eye care. Should have never returned after a couple years....
