    I used to swear by this place, however, COVID hit. Like every place if you were running a fever you were not allowed to go. My son missed 2 appointments due to waking up with a fever the day of. He has now been discharged from there care for 'attendence policys' and of course when I asked who I can talk to about this because it's not right for my son to be denied care due to there polices, I was told it has to be done through letters only. With less and less places taking state insurance I now have to jump through hoops to try and find someone who takes my son's insurance all because of a policy THEY made me follow. Thank you so much for denying my son services due to a pandemic we had no control over.

    If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The doctor was about the only positive experience. The rest of the staff needs training on insurance coverage. Bullying patients into paying out of pocket for things that are obviously covered is a bad business practice. I shouldn't have to bring my summary of benefits and do your job for you after swindling me out of $100. Also, why is the doctor in-network and covered for the exam, but you do something different on the hardware side? Now I can't even get my glasses or contacts there. What a waste of time.

    spent $100 for him to tell me my prescription was the same and i had allergies. seems like another case of a man gaslighting someone instead of actually doing his job. i definitely need a prescription update but i cant afford to come back again for a while. doesnt make sense why i would be able to see better in some of the frames they showed me than my actual glasses.

    I call for an appointment. I made them wait four weeks. I show up 15 minutes early. They tell me Im 15 minutes late. They cant get me in. Ive sat in this waiting room for over 45 minutes before and its OK for them to make us wait but when they tell me the wrong time for an appointment, make me wait four weeks, and then tell me Im late but cant get me in and want me to reschedule.! Unacceptable. Not very happy to say the least. Time to find a new eye doctor!

    staff who answers phones get in your business to much and they are rediculous, they can't hear anybody on the phone, if i call and cancel to reschedule an appoint it should just be a cancel and reschedule dont ask why i canceling
