    she is rude and gets annoyed if you ask too many questions or questions her treatments. she always acted as if she has gotten out of wrong side of the bed and she also doesn't give you the time of day. I felt like I bothering her because she always was in a rush to get out of the room and she is surgery happy. I went to her for a little more than a year before looking for a new doctor. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!!!

    I called to reschedule an appointment for my elderly father, who was sick. I was informed that because this was the third appt. he missed within 12 months, Dr. Howcroft was dropping him as a patient!! (The first two appointments he missed were scheduled by THEM when he was in the hospital.) The receptionist said that missing appointments interrupted the health plan they had him on. "Health Plan" .... !!! This is a LIE considering I am the one who made the recent appointment for him to get new glasses. Health plan, my ASS. They are upset my father took up valuable space for someone else's insurance payment. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. They only care about your insurance payment. Dr. Howcrass should be working on Wall Street, not masquerading as someone who cares about a patient's fictional "health plan." I was told that in order for my father to be reconsidered as a patient, my father can write a letter pleading his case. So ..... we were told to beg to be taken back. Seriously! Girl, bye. You're not the only eye doctor in town.

    ordered CT scan of chest and results were abnormal though patient nor primary office informed of results for > 3 weeks.
