    Never have I been so offended by a company, especially a medical company.1. Everyone who works here was rude to me2. They couldnt find my insurance3. The doctor (eye surgeon) acted offended I was only coming to him for glasses and not eye treatment (I have a rare eye condition) you can tell he is only in it for the money and was a total a**holeThis place is horrible and was a waste of my yearly exam that I had to PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR because they didnt send it to my insurance

    Doctors are good but front desk representatives are not at all co-operative.

    Very unhappy. I started having an allergic reaction, having a hard time breathing after they dilated my eyes. I needed to remove my mask to breath. I was over 10 feet from anyone. The workers in the eye glass department started getting rude with me over my mask. I didn't have the breath to explain, but could only say I'm having a hard time breathing. I was forced to go outside to avoid conflict. I told the receptionist I was having a hard time breathing. no one seemed to care. I walked out to catch my breath. I was so frustrated, I could not go back inside to finish the appointment.

    I scheduled cataract surgery a month out and they contacted my insurance company and I paid what they said would include everything, including insurance co-pays up front. I keep getting bill after bill and when I contacted them they just said I had co-insurance still left to pay. They just blew me off when I tried to explain I was told my original payment included everything except the anesthesiologist. While the surgeon did a great job, I wouldn't recommend them.
