    I am so irritated right now... so I have missed some appointments do to circumstances that are out of my control. my husband is militarily and we have to pick up and leave when told. I did have lasik eye surgery there so I want to be seen there .but they wont scedual a appointment with me. I just can't believe it

    I wouldn't know how good any of their doctors are. I've called 7 times in the last 3 months leaving voicemails about lasik with not a single call back. Whoever deals in that department needs to be fired.

    The woman at the check-in counter refused to check my health insurance coverage for the 100% covered annual eye exam benefit after I informed her. She said she had never heard of such thing and it took too long to call the insurance company to confirm. She treated me like I am an ignorant Chinese woman. She insisted I used VSP which I had a $20 copay. This is the most unfriendly service I have ever had! Eye Surgeons, this is too ugly to rob your patients this way!

    this was an annual visit. I think the visit started within 10 minutes of my appt. All steps moved well. I asked for lubricant samples and received them. My vision had not changed to the point of needing a different prescription.
