    Well thanks for nothing Eye Surgeons. I got my Driver's License back I was in and out of The University of Iowa City Hospital in one hour and got back paperwork filled out correctly like its spouse to be and passed the field of vision . They are also nicer.

    I called about some blurred vision I'm experiencing and only thing they were worried about was a 70.00 bill that i was not aware of and if it was going to be paid. They had not even thought of scheduling a eye appointment to see what's going on with my eye sight until I confirmed that i would pay 70.00 that i was not aware of. So you're more worried about a payment then my health with blurred vision. when I googled blurred vision it is apart of having a STROKE OR DIABETES. But neither one of these is more important than that 70.00 dollars that you say is feom February and I received nothing througj mail from 6-7 months ago. I will stop my family and friends from coming to you. Eye Surgeons Associates does not have there client at there best interest.

    Always scheduling me with doctors who don't take my insurance and then I have to make a new appointment. Now I took my daughter there for a eye exam to start kindergarten and the doctor told me she doesn't see kids(after they dialated my child's eyes) and that the soonest I can get in would be September. Mind you none of this is my fault they made the appointment and knew what it was for. I explained I need her seen asap she starts school the end of August and Dr.eckhardt asks if it would be the end of the world if she starts late !! This place is crap , nobody knows what they're doing there.

    Definitely wouldnt recommend this doctors office. We had an emergency situation and the docotr on call told us to wait it out a few hours and use visine. Sounds like the doctor on call didnt want to deal with out emergency. We went somewhere else.
