    I give 5 stars for eye problems, I've never had an issue until I went in for my hearing. First their power was out which I know, is out of their control so when I got to talk the specialist he couldn't do any tests. He told me he couldn't do anything for my hearing and referred me to my regular doctor. I came to find out what's going on and the "Specialist" tells me he cant do anything for me without doing any tests at all. Eye issues I give 5 stars, for hearing issues i only gave one because I couldn't give it a minus several stars. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to to them for hearing problems.

    Young lady who did my eye tests to see if I could actually see was very pleasant and even got on the floor to find my contact plunger when i dropped it under the chair. I would have done it but MY CONTACT WAS OUT and I would still be there trying to get back up. It was very sad when she shuffled me off to Dr Bohm's waiting room. We had had such a good time together, I thought. She was wearing a mask so I would never recognize her without it if I met her again. Such agony. When Dr Boehm examined me he was all business and determined that my eyes were not getting worse. He had no comment about the rest of me but I sensed a distinct questioning about why old people even bother about their eyesight when everything else is going to the dumpster. (Just kidding) He too was wearing a mask and could have been someone else as far I would know. But who ever he was he is very good at his job as far as I can see. < get it!

    I have never had Dr Multerer before and I was never told that Dr Eckhart would not be seeing me and I was not impressed with her. Seem to only communicate with the tech . Totally different than Dr Eckhart or any of the other Drs I have seen at Eye Surgons.I do not want to be scheduled with her again.

    I just love him, he is so nice and could not do a better job!! I feel so confident in him and trust him to find any problems.

    Not accommodating. Didn't have room ready knowing my mother cannot move from wheelchair. They said the new glasses would be already adjusted and she wouldn't have to come back. She is in a nursing home and the glasses are cutting into her nose...awful. Beware.
