    Seems the best eye care place to work in the QCA, but i think many'll find it's a churn machine. Patients in, patients out, insurance billed. They expect something like 18 patients a day for techs to work up, and there's a two tier attendance policy. Harassing a poor lady who had just lost her only child to gun suicide. Expected someone to get right back to work after that. Disgusting

    Every time Ive had to call this facility in rock island I always get nothing but RUDE, UN-POLITE operators. This evening I spoke with a lady named Samantha who was super rude from the jump; giving me attitude because they had nothing but incorrect numbers for me on their end which wasnt even my fault. Im so tired of having to call to deal with these people. I usually go to the silvis location Ill stick with silvis or even Bettendorf. This location is not worth the stress. All I need are my damn test results and Im going elsewhere.

    I felt like an assembly line when I was there. The gal who checked my eyes was very nice. The doctor was horrible. He was rude, did not discuss my options or address my issues. However he did push cataract surgery. I told him I wanted to wait and think about it, but he still kept pushing it. I feel like he must get a huge kick back. When I got to the checkout counter, they were just as bad. After the doctor left, I spoke to the gal who was in the room with us. She blamed me that I shouldve asked more questions. I kept trying, and all the doctor kept saying is go talk to the cataract person because he couldnt answer anything. I wonder if he even knew anything. It was pathetic. The other gal did answer some questions, but even then she was very generic. I dont trust them. Im going back to my previous eye doctor even though its about an hour and half way since we moved. Im going to get a second opinion from someone that cares. I am so mad that I hope this review helps somebody.

    Very disappointed in the care my mother received from Dr. Multerer. We miss Dr. Poley who was more patient and understanding.
