    If you have glaucoma stay away from this place.That is if you dont want to go blind or have eye damage.If you care about your eyesight go somewhere else.

    The last three times I have been there in the last two weeks have been awful. Every staff member that helped us each time was rude and not very knowledgeable about the glasses. I also dont even know why I waste my time making an appointment because they were adamant about me making an appointment to pick-up my sons glasses and they handed me the glasses and didnt even bother to ask questions or have him try them on.

    I saw all Dr. Albrecht in November 2022. I went to see her for droopy eyelids. She specializes in this. She did all the testing and assured me I should be able to get in for surgery before the end of the year. I received a letter in December of 2022 stating that she is no longer with eye surgeons associates in Rock Island Illinois. She was only there for a couple of months and without notice left. She left her work I and dry and she left her patients high and dry. Now because of this I have to start my full year of deductible and out of pocket again in order to have the surgery done. I highly suggest if you value your vision to stay clear of someone that don't stand behind her patients. Total disappointment. If I could give a negative star I would.

    I miss one appt my I was suffering stomach probs they dismissed me said I couldn't come back I'm going blind in right eye without treat ment I should sue them that's not legal

    Horrible pediatric eye doctor. Go to the University of Iowa instead. Terrible bedside manner and rude. Misdiagnosed our sons condition to cause us unnecessary worry and hardly explained the issue. We went months thinking our son had something horribly wrong, which he did not.
