    For some reason when I arrived I seem to have gotten nervous and I had been well prepared by Claude McMullen and several Friends that had had this procedure and I felt very confident. When I arrived the fright factor set in but the staff around me picked up on it and went out of their way to calm me and it worked. I have not one idea why I got nervous. I had been there before for my caterac surgery and it was a breeze. My Thanks to all for being understanding and excellent technique.

    Excellent customer service! They were extremely accommodating in the waiting room. The wait wasnt long at all. They served beverages as well as a variety of cookies. A1 hospitality. Each staff member greeted everyone kindly and made you feel at home.
