    Routine annual visit. Dr Kirsch is the best. He did my eye surgery 13 years ago. He saved my left eye. He's so pleasant and sincere.

    Dr Diakonis was great. Professional and answered my questions. However, neither of the two 'technicians' (one performed a variety of tests on me before I saw the doctor and the other was in the room with the doctor and me) introduced themselves or gave me more than a minimal greeting. They were not unfriendly or anything. They just didn't have much in the way of customer service skills. This could be easily addressed by office management though. I have a 6-month follow-up it will have no problem visiting this office again.
