    She was very thorough and pleasant, however I wished she spoke slowly, my fault for not asking her to slow down. It seem to me that she was in a rush. Thank you!

    Terrell the optamolgist assistant is professional, kind and very efficient. The way he took time to explain each separate step in the process to my mother and thoroughly announce how that step may affect how she feels was exquisite. Great job young man, I know your future is bright!

    My mother LOVED dr Kirsch. Not only because hes a nice person with a great bedside manner as well as his staff but because he was the only specialist(and she saw many from NYFLA) that could give her the necessary injection in the eye to stop her macular degeneration with NO pain! Mind you she had a VERY High threshold for pain. I accompanied her for all of her injections. Other doctors would cause varying amounts of pain, exhibited by her body language during the injection and afterwords indicating she was suffering to her outright saying I will never go to that one again.Dr Kirsch has a technique/process for doing the injection that causes no pain!I have voiced our opinion that he should share every detail of his process with others in his profession. I hope others will encourage him to do so as well, if you are fortunate enough to have him provide this service to you, please dont hesitate to encourage him as well.
