    I have had serious issues with Glaucoma for over 25 years. I got excellent care in Chicago, but, since moving to Florida, the Eye Institute has been awesome. Dr. Martino is very skilled and knowledgeable. I like her very much, and I trust her with my eye care.

    Dr Smith is kind, knowledgeable, and runs on time. Very nice person. Thorough and quick. Gives good advice.

    I have seen both Dr. Diakonis and Dr. Smith at this office. Dr. Diakonis' speciality is corneas. I had an ulcer on mine as well as an infection. He is extremely knowledgeable and also very personable. This office is new and it's very clean and comfortable. Everyone of the staff is very kind. They are very vigilant about keeping everything sanitized during this pandemic and about talking your temperature as soon as you enter. Everyone must were a mask as well. There is hand sanitizer provided in the lobby and throughout the facility.Today was my first visit with Dr. Smith O.D. I needed a new eye exam after the problem I had with my cornea. She was also very knowledgeable and personable. Very laid back but also professional. I feel comfortable making a permanent change to her for all of my eye care needs.

    Today was a follow up. Dr. Marrotte did a refraction to address my problems with reading. Results appeared to improve my ability to read. She also noted that my frames needed some minor adjustments which also improved my focus. Overall I would rate this visit as "excellent". Very satisfied with today's visit. I am confident the new prescription will give me a new outlook on life. Thank you Dr. Morrotte for moving to Florida.
