    This young woman is so impressive. She is very professional and succinct when she speaks, but it is obvious she loves her job because she is eager to explain your issue in a way you can understand. It is this way of relating to me that I find sorely missing in some medical professionals. I am so glad I was assigned to her as a patient!

    Thank you Dr. Ho for taking me in an emergency situation and performing laser on both of my eyes. I am so grateful to you and your staff for the kindness and professionalism shown me while I was in the office. Even though you had a full day at the eye centre you accepted me as a patient and treated the tears in both of my eyes and saved me from further problems, I am very happy that you were there for me and always grateful to you. I felt very confident being treated by you even though I had never met you before. Thank you so very much!!!!!!
