    Dr. Kirsch is very kind and funny.... his interaction with the staff is genuine and you can tell he respects his team. He makes sure his patient's are at ease and their needs are met. You never feel rushed with him and he answers all your questions. Dr. Kirsch and Dr. Desai are two of the best doctors at the eye Institute I've encountered...they truly are great in their specialty. Also the staff is incredible.... especially Lee! Thank you for drawing me that diagram and explaining things to me. Your bedside manner is amazing (I've seen your kindness with several patients, it wasn't left unnoticed).
