    I have been going to Dr. Sacksteder for several years, after having had cataract surgery by an Ophthalmologist at TEIWF. The entire office is always kind, pleasant and efficient. Personally, Dr. S always explains what he is doing and why as well as future plans. On this visit as I had trouble with the DL test, he made arrangements to get me in on a packed schedule day in order to expedite the process. And while what I am about to say may seem like a small thing, it indicates to me that he is paying attention. I have always used a nickname as I don't care for my official one. I have asked many offices, individuals and places of business to call me by my nickname. Many have said they would, many have even written it on my file but to a person, only Dr. S has followed through. I know if he is paying attention to this small thing, he is paying attention to the big things, like my eyes, my precious eyes.
