    Dr. Steven Kane has dramatically changed my quality of life. My vision was steadily declining due to Anterior Basement Membrane Dystrophy compounded by the increasing impact of Cataracts. Working as a Medical Coder/Biller, as well as a musician, was quickly becoming more difficult with concerns that this would end my wage earning ability. I so appreciate Dr. Kanes ability to clearly diagnose the problems, understand the necessary steps to methodically resolve each of the issues, and then to communicate confidently and compassionately the multiple procedures necessary to achieve the ultimate outcome. Today, only 24 hours after the final of four surgical procedures, I was given the pronouncement of 20/20 vision. It is impossible to adequately describe the joy that has come today as I can clearly see my husbands face again, and I can read without double images, without glasses and without a magnifying glass. I am so thankful for Dr. Kane who not only treated my condition as an excellently prepared clinician, but who also understood the importance of the intangible doctor/patient trust factor. Eye surgery requires a great deal of trust, and after these multiple procedures with Dr. Kane, I can without reservation recommend him as gifted addition to our medical community.     Had a blood clot on the retina and Dr. Kirsch removed it and my sight was better than before. I think that was 2002? Highly recommend!

    Staff is friendly and knowledgeable regarding your procedures. Check in is quick and easy. You are well educated on the procedure(s) that may be available to you and each options insurance coverage and additional costs associated with those options if any. They have complete care associated with your procedure in one convenient location. They followed up after my procedure with an appointment and called me as well to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or needed any thing.
