    Extremely professional and friendly staff. Dr. Kirsch and his staff are very knowledgeable and enjoy explaining what the treatment steps are and why they are being done. I learn a little something each visit. The whole office operates like you are the only patient there from start to finish! Rockstars!!!

    I lost vision in my left eye, at first Dr. Kirsch said I'm not sure we can save the sight in this eye. Then he said, Zoe, we are going to work together and save the sight in this eye. After several visits to his office and taking his directions on what to do at home, Dr. Kirsch said it was a miracle that my left eye sight was saved. Love you Dr. Kirsch!

    When I called EIWF with severe dry eye symptoms, I was relieved to be able to get a same day appointment. Upon arrival I was taken immediately to see Aodhan Smith, PA who was friendly, efficient, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions.
