Wait, wait, wait. Finally started the process to be examined 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which I confirmed twice at their request. Seems like they have huge schedule problems, very disorganized. The patient in front of me was waiting for two hours! I wasnt seen by the doctor for over an hour. I guess time and schedule is only important when it impacts them not the patients.

I will never set foot back in this office. For 12 days my vision has been off. I have had symptoms of dizziness, eye strain, severe eye fatigue, light sensitivity, etc. After seeing a doctor at the Fountain City location I was told that I needed to get in with Dr. Taylor ASAP. I went for my appointment today and was literally left speechless with how rude, disrespectful, and condescending Dr. Taylor was to me and my mom. I have never been treated the way he treated me today, by anyone. He told me that i was making things up and was blowing everything out of proportion and that I was crazy. I left with no answers. I left with no plan of care. It was a complete waste of time and money. I left the office in tears. I dont know how he ever has any returning patients.

Need droopy eye surgery, went for assessment on Sept. 11th, 2020. It is now 12/2/2020. They claim still waiting on insurance approval, but insurance says all ok. Somebody is lying. I had a great Doctor visit, but his staff does NOT keep you updated, and getting Voice Mail when I try to get updates myself. NOT THE WAY TO RUN A DOCTORS OFFICE.

BE WARNED - They have charged me additional cost for services that my insurance company says are covered. I have insurance that always covers the cost of an eye exam at Walmart for a $10 copay. So far I have payed out $90 for my eye exam and now they want an additional $50. I am fearful to pay it because so far every time I do they send me another bill with an additional charge. I have contacted the billing staff but they have been rude and not helpful in correcting the problem. The person I spoke with had a conversational tone that borders on extortion. Also, be aware of the small print when signing the forms for your initial visit you will be charged.

I just came in for a new patient appointment today and needed a new doctor for my eyes for contacts and the lady at the front denied me service due to me saying 3 or 4 times prior on the phone I have united health care TN care. Im told to run my insurance as a medical exam for my eyes at my prior doc since I have issues. I always pay out of pocket for my contacts thats not a problem but I was lied to. Thank you for telling me 110 out of pocket when clearly Ive had a different doctor assist me and use my insurance. I will make sure to tell everyone how you guys lied I even told them my group ID before I come in 2-3 times. You guys dont help people you turn them away unless you get cash or card even when someone has insurance. Thats great.
