Do not trust this business, I got double billed for eyeglasses. Today Ive spent two hours trying to clear it up. And Im still not doneVery angry. Let me correct this. I was double billed , thats why it triggered a denial of payment. I owed them nothing and got a notice that $612 was still outstanding. I mistake was make at your location. Why do I know all this, because I spent two hours of my time investigating. Now stop calling me

Had first appointment at 8:00. At 8:40 still hadnt seen the doctor, so I left. They dont appreciate my time, so they dont deserve my business.

I am so disappointed with the above opthalmologist office. Scheduled appt yesterday, arrived on time. Waited almost an hour, when walk-ins were going ahead of my 82 yr old mother. Cunningham retiring the quality went with him.

My eye exam was good; the opticians are rude and self-serving. I was told that I would not have peripheral vision because I did not buy the most expensive lenses. I asked for the doctor to call me to discuss my problem, but the second optician called me instead and basically told me the doctor would never be available to return my call. The doctor rewrote my prescription and replaced my glasses, but to date has not returned my call. I will be looking elsewhere for eye care.
