My fiance was getting an exam and is epileptic. The staff constantly badgered her because she had to take breaks so as not to be thrown into a seizure by the lights being flashed in her eyes. They talked rude, and were only concerned with getting the exam finished, even if it caused a seizure. Then they acted rude in NOT giving her the results of her exam. She was left waiting for long periods of time. No assistance even after her eyes were dilated.

Awful! Was 17 mins late due to an accident. I was nice and told them I was very sorry. They were rude and They said their cutoff was 15 mins after appointment time and there was no way they could get me in. There was no one in the waiting room I am finding a new doctor and will never go there again!

Establishment says it specializes in emergencys, I went to get a contact because mine tore at work down the street, I have a contact prescription via 1800 but they werent able to use it to give me a single contact. I was told It was unlawful and the only other option I was given was to sit and wait to see a doctor. Im at work with no time, they did not tend to my emergency therefore I believe shouldnt market themselves as an emergency optometry service.

Absolute worst eye exam experience.Every single employee, including the doctor, were all extremely rude. When I made my appointment, I specifically stated that I would like to have my pupillary distance measured in addition to the routine eye exam. When I arrived to my appointment, I was initially examined by a technician. I repeated my request for a pupillary distance measurement - she nodded along and made me feel assured that this is something I would get. She then dilated my eyes and asked that I go sit in the lobby until I could feel the effects.Thats when the sales lady jumps in! She asked me to try on glasses and I politely declined, stating that I could really only afford to buy glasses online. She told me that giving out the pupillary distance measurement is strictly against their policy. So then Im transferred back to the room with the doctor. I told her about my confusion - seemed like her staff were unaware of the actual policy and it really frustrated me. She got WAY defensive and told me that I should have called ahead (which obviously I did!). All I wanted was clarification and for her to know that inconsistent messages were being told under the same roof! This was the first time my eyes were dilated and I wasnt really sure what the effects would be. Their office didnt indicate that my closeup vision would be impaired and that I would be extra sensitive to the sunlight. I left the office with blurry vision and felt absolutely beat up on by the staff.
