I could walk here from my house but they are impossible to get ahold of via phone to make an appointment so Ill be going elsewhere. In addition everytime Ive used them its an extremely laborious process to get contacts shipped in. Just save yourself time and effort and go somewhere else.

I had a appointment and waited int he waiting room for a hour. I was then taken to yet another "waiting room" where I waited an additional hour. When I finally saw the doctor he told me I would need another appointment because he did not have time to help me that day. I left and will not be coming back.

The front desk was rude. The process to actually get contacts is absolutely outrageous. They were completely unwilling to work with me and im taking my business somewhere else.

The worst business office in the history of the world. Great doctors, but the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Supposedly I was paying as I go, but after surgery got multiple bills for various charges with different account numbers. I asked for an EOB that showed what was charged and what had been paid. It was the biggest mess I had ever seen and couldn't make heads or tails of it. After paying thousands and thousands of dollars by insurance and my pocket, I was left was left still owing almost $2000. Funny that they had called my insurance to see what they would pay, and made sure I paid the rest. After several months of going back and forth about what was owed, I paid them what THEY said I owed. The other day there was a notice on my door about a civil warrant for the $2000 I had paid them 2 months ago. They will be hearing from my attorney this time! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for that reason. There are a lot of good doctors out there that don't herd you around like animals and are upfront about charges. Never again!!
