Was very pleased with DR. Taylor. Also saw Dr. Invergo for a Schleral Lens, Not much luck with it but she tried. Problem is I've now called three times to have my Prescription mailed to me and all I get is a run around. Excuses from person on phone saying Tech hasn't processed yet? It's in the computer, email it to me and stop the excuses. I've moved away and simply want to buy some glasses......

Was referred to this office for eye skin tag removal and was told by the last lady I spoke with there that would call me the following week with pricing since insurance doesn't pay. Four weeks later I still haven't heard back from the office.

Doctor Horton is great, and the medical part of office visits is always professional and pleasant.Unfortunately, the office staff selectively decide what services they feel like billing against insurance to pretend they don't have contracted rates for those services and charge you higher than allowed, which is a breach of contract and possibly a violation of that new 2022 federal law about billing transparency in medical services.Also, they appear only to do this for female patients, so women and caregivers of women in particular will need to review your bills for fraud.

I used these office a year or so ago. I thought their glasses was expensive and I was charged $45 to have my eye prescription printed. not good business practices to me so I would never go back with them
