Charged me for removing an eyelash from my eye. Didnt tell me in advance there would be an additional fee for this. Also, If your prescription is expired they will not help you at all. I have had my glasses for 16 months (4 months after warranty) and the film is peeling off and it is affecting my vision. I asked for my prescription to get a cheap pair of glasses until my appointment (which was already scheduled in two weeks) and they refused to give it to me. Definitely would not suggest going here and especially would not get your glasses here. Quality is apparently not very good.

Nice staff. However, the most recent call with their scheduler was just horrific. She was rude and extremely short. I know we all have bad days but when you are in the service industry you need to know how to fake it.
