Would give a zero but not an option. You go in pay for everything up front wait weeks no call try to call them get out on hold transfered a dozen times to finally be told optical is out to lunch. Guess they either have only one person that works optical or everyone takes lunch at the same time. Obviously they have gotten the poor customer service (everyone else has these days) under control if nothing else is.

Got a quote for glasses for my daughter. Paid what we were supposed to that day. Then got billed almost double what we paid. Good doctors but not a place to buy glasses. Costco is much cheaper and honest

Shady practice convincing a 16 year a test not covered by insurance (that was originally declined in the paperwork by her father) was needed. After 5 years, my famy of 5 will be going somewhere else.
