Extremely unprofessional, pre-op seemed more like a breakroom than what it is. Staff more interested in their weekends and plans than patient care. Poor time management.

Unprofessional, more interested in themselves than the patient, in my opinion. Waited 2 hours after show time to be called back for a minor procedure only to be treated to disrespect and discourtesy, so I left. That was 2 days ago and still no contact from them as to my experience. I would not recommend to a dying person, let alone a healthy one

They told my wife on tge phone they took her tenncare but when she got there they told her it was only fir up to 21 years old for tenncare.

Just walked in to ask an insurance question at the Winfield Dunn office and the receptionist said if you don't have an appointment you will have to leave the store. That she can't have people hanging around. How rude. Well you just lost 2 potential customers.

They are Very pushy for you to upgrade lens and multiple trips are need with lots of let's recheck this in a month. Feels like your being taken advantage of.
