I just came home from Demilios in Portland...had a bad experience..I ordered an entree with a side of rice asked for the rice a second time and never received itMy friend received her order of fried scallops overcooked and had to wait for the order to be redone which was not much better ....my boyfriend asked for marina sauce which he never never received. I then asked to speak to the manager johnny Demillio who really only tried to apply a bandaid on the situation and offered to get a side of rice to take home....now really....wow that really helps! Right!When I said no he then offered to deduct the side of rice that was not recieved and after I said what and no he then offered to deduct the scallops plate and I agreed but said you are still allowing a customer to leave your establishment unhappy he really was not concerned about thatWell with so many great eating establishment's in Portland ill find another one next time.

Kids are not allowed. We went there with our 3 kids and specifically asked them, are kids allowed. They said yes its a family restaurant. We said ok then all BS started oh we have 45 minutes wait. We told them the restaurant is many empty tables what wait then oh these table for four, how hard it is to pull another chair for two years old, just say kids not allowed as we are so fancy to allow kids.

We were directed by another staff member of the same company to this parking area, then after we entered we were told that our van was to large for the parking spots even though there were plenty of larger vehicles than ours parked at this location. When we questioned why we couldnt park there, the response was "I was told you couldn't park here". As if it came from a higher being or she was just being racist. Eitherway, never been refused parking in such a bizarre manner.
