    Good luck trying to figure out where to sit if you are not a local. The person at the front desk said the heated deck was open and a hostess was there to seat us. However, no one was waiting so we walked outside, a hostess came out and said it was closed and didn't offer us any other seating arrangements, she just looked at us like we were stupid. We left promptly.

    Called last Wednesday to see about a reservation. Was told that there were no reservations but come anyway that they would be able to take us (11). Also called at 10 am this morning and told the same thing. We got there and were told that they were full and a 3-4 hour wait. REALLY? How's that for customer service. I hear their food is great but with customer service like that we will NEVER try it.

    Called twice for reservations for Saturday 5/6/17. Was told they weren't taking them. Explained I was driving 2 hours from NH and would have a child with us. Was assured that if we got there before 6 there would be no problem and they could us in. Got there at 530. Told a 90 minute wait. This place is certainly not special enough to wait that long for a small over priced seafood dinner. I would advise going somewhere else. It's not worth the hype!! Better places to eat in the area!

    Went here today for a late lunch with family, party of 8. Service was horrible. Ed seemed like he was brand new with poor training & zero personality. Took 15 minutes to get drinks. Really?? Wasn't very busy either. No improvement after one person in our party spoke to the manager. I was underwhelmed by the food quality. A few entrees were good, soup excellent, seafood scampi cold & not much flavor. Asked to have it heated & came back soupy & soggy bread. Waiter didn't ask if we wanted dessert, just brought the check. Missed out there, as special was tiramisu & we had planned on ordering originally before our disastrous experience. Venue unique, but that's about it. With all the options in Portland, proceed at your own risk.
