My boyfriend and I came here in the summer and we had such a terrible experience that I am so embarrassed. I was very excited to go because it is such an elegant floating restaurant with beautiful views. We arrived and we were seated very shortly. We were sitting on the third floor, and it was very quiet. Only a few couples dining.<br><br>We got our table and the hostess said our waiter would be right over. We waited. And waited. All while other patrons were being seated and ordering. After a long while, someone else came over and gave us water and said our waiter would be coming. We continued to wait. Finally we couldn't take it anymore so we left. As we were leaving we overheard our waiter give attitude to the host about how she was supposed to let him know, and he has a lot of tables to serve, etc. He seemed rude so I'm happy we left. <br><br>We were disappointed, and it was embarrassing. I will NEVER go back to this place, there are much better places (at least service wise) in Portland.

I'VE LIVED IN MAINE MOST OF MY LIFE, & PROUD TO BE THE DAUGHTER OF A HARD WORKING' LOBSTA'MAN.I CAN APPRECIATE GREAT SEAFOOD,I CAN APPRECIATE A DRESS CODE, IT IS NO SECRET DIMILLOS HAS CERTAIN STANDARDS,THAT SAID, JUST BECAUSE WE DIDN'T ARRIVE IN MINK COATS & TUX'S I FEEL ITS DISCRIMINATING TO BE LOOKED OVER LIKE A BRUISED APPLE AT THE GROCERYSTORE, CAST ASIDE & TOLD THE WAIT IS AN HOUR & A HALF TO 2 HOURS,,,JUST TO BE CLEAR WE HAD ACCEPTABLE ATTIRE, LONG SLEEVED BUTTON DOWN DRESS SHIRT YES,,,WITH A COLLAR & YES BUTTONED UP ALL BUT TOP BUTTON A GUYS GOTTA BREATHE,,,,& DARK DENIM JEANS & YES THEY WERE CLEAN,,, UNSCUFFED DRESS BOOTS FOR WEDDINGS, FUNERALS & DINNER AT DIMILLOS...I WAS WEARING 'JACKIE O' STYLE JACKET WITH LONG BLACK LONDON FOG COAT OVER IT, BLACK SKINNY JEANS,& KNEE HIGH BOOTS, & YES,, I LEFT THIGH HIGH BIKER BOOTS AT HOME,,, SO NOW THAT I'VE PUT YA IN THEATER SEATS YA GET A BETTER PICTURE' BEING & FEELING SO OBVIOUSLY DISSED WHEN WE WALKED BACK TO TRUCK WE DECIDED TO MAKE THE CALL TO FRONT DESK, WHEN WE ASKED BY PHONE HOW LONG WAIT IS WE WERE KINDLY TOLD 'ABOUT A HALF HOUR'SO SIGHT UNSEEN, ITS HALF HOUR, STANDING IN LOBBY ABOUT 3 MINUTES EARLIER IT WAS AN HOUR & A HALF TO 2 HOURS,,,,,SO I SUGGEST YA CALL AHEAD MAKE RESERVATION THEN SHOW UP IN YOUR BEST HOLEY JEANS, YOUR BUTTERY YELLOW PIT STAINED WIFE BEATER T SHIRT & TELL 'EM AMY SENT YA!!!

My wife and I went here for lunch. The food was good and then we went walking around for the day. Came back and were charged $30 for parking!!! Stay away from this tourist trap!!

Not good at all ! About 4 years ago we came here and the food was amazing. This week we came back for our anniversary , knowing we were going to spend 25-30 dollars a plate but it was worth it. It wasn't . Our meal was still very overpriced but was awful ! Scallops carbonara had no taste, service was poor and when we expressed how bad the food was, the waiter just said he was sorry and handed us the check. Will never go back!!!
