This restaurant was very disappointing. We arrived early and sat on top deck outside. Had heard Maine lobster so good and was anxious to try. The lobster arrived at the table and was barely warm. When cracked so soaked in water in ran every where. I think it was left from day before... really rubbery. Ask for bread and took forever to get. Waitress Makaila had no personality and not very attentive to us. No drink refills, no checking to see if we wanted anything else... nothing to make us feel welcome. Very pricey for such poor quality and service.

Can't comment on the food. Between the attitude of tne hostess taking our name and the girl at the bar, we left. Maybe the cruise ship crowd had them on edge but hey that's the business. Left after two minutes.

I would give it a 0 but that's not an option. The only reason I am rating this establishment without eating there is because of the poor customer service on the phone trying to make a reservation. I was trying to make a reservation for a large party 15-17 family members. This was not going to be possible unless we took a late reservation which would not be possible because my Nana Parmenter is 94 years old and can't stay up that late. I asked if there were any other options that would aid in my family being able to get in earlier, like maybe splitting the party. Nope ..... the super awesome lady who was assisting me (not assisting) said we only had the option of 8:30 pm and didn't offer any other assistance. Thanks for nothing! Guess we will go back to Phoenix without having a family diner together at DiMillo's like my Nana wanted.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I had the fried clam dinner. The clams were very greesy and heavily breaded. I was with a group so I didn't want to make a fuss and send them back but i wish i had. Thank goodness I didnt eat them all because later that evening I became violently sick and almost went to the hopital. I emailed them a few days after I recovered and i never had any type of response. I and the party I was with will never go there again.
