Don't even bother if you don't have a reservation! We were told 45 minutes to an hour and waited well over an hour before walking out. Hostesses and bar tenders were clueless. A fellow patron told us the lounge was empty and had no wait. The hostesses, three of them, were too busy checking their phones and eating behind the hostess stand to even bother suggesting we sit in there.

Visiting Portland. Tried to have dinner early, 2 People ....5.45pm and was told there was a 2 plus hour wait! NO WAY...

I was recommended to go here by a friend as I was here with my family and had never been to Portland before. I literally was so disappointed I couldn't stay to order food. I went into the lounge where it said please seat yourself and the waitress told me I was all set to take the table and the host treated me like I just murdered her cat. She told me and my sister by sitting at the table before new place settings were put down could of got her fired and if he saw she would of been let go on the spot. Um I'm sorry but you should put that on the sign that says please seat yourself. When she found out that there was actually 4 of us not 2 and my parents were using the bathroom then oh dear god I was a serious trouble maker. Not the place I wanted to spend my money so we got up and went to the Irish pub across the street where there weren't so many rules. <br>Proceed with caution....
