Vacationing in Portland for my and my son's birthday and heard about Dimillo's and decided to make it a place to go to celebrate our birthdays. It looks attractive and who wouldn't want to experience a floating restaurant? We arrive at our reservation time and were ushered to 3 different people before making it to our table. Our waitress came over and gave us menus and took our drink order. We were ready for the feast of a lifetime. We figured, with such a big lobster as part of the name, we will have many choices to pick from. The menu was a one pager and barely had choices that we didn't have, having been here for half the week already. So my husband settled on a haddock sandwich and my son and I had the Ceasar salads with grilled shrimp and chicken (on each) and I barely ate mine. The chicken came out cold, as if it was taken out of the fridge and added to the salad. I asked for it to be warmed up and now it came back hard and chewy so I left it alone. Ate maybe half of the salad then asked for the check. She brought our bill, we paid and left. Not one mention of our birthday celebration which was mentioned at the time of the reservation. One and done.

This business should be ashamed of them shelves for charging $55.00 for a baked stuff lobster that had no filling in it but bread crumbs. I will never consider returning to this establishment what do ever and never recommend it either.

Food price on yelp doesn't allign with the price at restaurant. The service we received was rude and not welcoming. Completely shocking to us. Over priced for the food and experience we received.

Eating here was a terrible experience. Every employee was not friendly. One of the cooks came out not wearing a mask. I've had better lobster in Portland and if you don't get a window their is no view which is why people eat here to begin with.

This place is terrible it is a shipwreck the food isn't that great small servings it's a tourist trap beware of this Filthy place Seagal crap everywhere on the railings the deck it is everywhere unbelievable disgusting place to eat Tony wouldn't approve
