I also believe Dr Arroyo is the BEST. When I learned he had left Beth Israel I was saddened. But thankfully my primary care physician found him at Boston Vision. Dr Arroyo has wonderful bedside manner, is patient and precise. He, along with the wonderful staff of residents (at BI);performed a complicated retinal detachment associated with serious choroidal detachments. I was nervous of the procedure, but all was well. I was comfortable, as well as,comforted and precisely medicated thanks to a great young female anesthesiologist. I highly recommend Dr Arroyo if you are in need of retinal procedure. I had a horrible experience with another eye doctor last Friday and sought out a second opinion. Dr.Patel was gracious and explained things so well and clarified that I did not have a condition the other doctor said I had and showed me! Just gave me a great relief! Have decided to change to Dr. Patel and so grateful that God directed me there!
