My experience at Boston Laser was exceptional! My initial consultation was thorough and comprehensive. I met with Dr. Nangle who was very kind and thorough, explaining the different procedures offered and the benefits of each, given my vision. She explained the next steps and the process in its entirety, and was very knowledgable about the entire process. Before I had even made it home, I had a phone call from Carianne, asking if I had any questions or wanted to discuss anything about the next steps. She sent me a comprehensive email, including availability for scheduling. I scheduled my LASIK procedure for a date that was convenient for me. The day of the procedure, everyone was so kind and understanding that I was nervous (understandably so!) and took that into consideration with every interaction. The procedure was *EXACTLY* as it was described, and Dr. Keshav was so positive and exuded confidence and was constantly providing reassurance. Post-op, everything has been smooth sailing! Boston Laser set-up the follow-up appointments for me which was great! I cannot say enough good things about this, would highly recommend Boston Laser -- including Dr. Nangle and Dr. Keshav for all of their professional advice!

Dr Dunker is absolutely wonderful! Shes knowledgeable, friendly and never makes me feel rushed. She takes the time to ask questions and actually listen to my responses. I highly recommend her!

The whole experience was excellent, very professional. From the receptionist to the technician and especially Dr. Linda Pham. They double checked their work. They were all friendly and pleasure to have worked with.
