ICL vision correction procedure went very well. Dr. Melki and the staff at Boston Vision were great! They answered all my questions and made sure I was knowledgeable about the procedure before beginning. I would recommend to anyone looking into vision correction procedures.

I was referred to Boston Vision by my regular optometrist. During the consultation, Dr. Brenner made me feel very informed and at ease about the procedure. I had an eye exam and watched an informational video about LASIK and PRK. Appointments for the surgery were available very quickly after the initial consultation. The whole process felt very streamlined and professional. The day of the surgery I had another brief eye exam and was given the opportunity to ask any more questions I may have had. I was given Xanax and snacks while I waited for it to kick in. The procedure was under 15 minutes long. I had to stare at a green flashing light while my eyes were held open. The first laser felt like pressure, and the second laser was a bit loud. Then I was sent to another room where Dr. Bickford looked at my eyes again, and then I was sent home with eye drops, sunglasses, and an eye shield. My eyes felt dry and sore the first day, but after sleeping I was able to function normally the next day. Eye drops help with the dryness. I see some halos around bright lights as well, but otherwise feel fine.

My experience was top notch from the consultation all the way through the procedure. Everything was explained to me clearly and questions I had were answered honestly. I always felt comfortable and in good hands with choosing Lasik with Boston Vision. It can be scary to think about have a procedure done on your eyes but that wasn't the case when I finally had my consultation. It never felt forced on me either. My options were given and doctors gave their honest advice. There was no pressure to commit to anything. It is a big decision to make, both physically and financially. The last thing you want is to feel pressured or rushed. That being said, I left the office knowing I wanted the Lasik procedure, and there is no other place I wanted it done. Also, I can't tell you how much I appreciate appointments running on time either. When you show up for your appointment you are seen very close to your appointment time. No waiting around or being brought to a room to wait for awhile. That is a rarity these days and can't be overstated! I am thrilled with my experience at Boston Vision and more than thrilled with my Lasik procedure. Clean office, friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, I don't have one bad thing I could say about my experience. I am so happy with my decision and my new life without glasses and contacts! My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!
