My experience at Boston Vision surpassed my expectations. I went into the office initially anxious as I am weary of the though of lasers in my eyes. As soon as I got to Boston Vision, I found the staff was very welcoming. They placed me in a relaxing room with snacks to ease my nerves before the surgery. When it came to the surgery, it was very quick and painless. The process was slightly uncomfortable, but I expected it to be worse. I had a slightly burning sensation in my eyes after the surgery, but it was nothing compared to what I expected. I took a short nap when I got home and continued with the eye drops, and once I woke up, the burning sensation was gone. The same day after surgery I felt I was on a very fast road to recovery. Today, its day 5 post-surgery where my eyes feel amazing with great vision. I could not thank Boston Vision for making this process so seamless and easy!

My experience at Boston Laser has been easy and painless. I scheduled my Lasik consultation online and made an appointment within a few days. My consultation took less than two hours and during this time all of my questions and concerns were answered with empathy and knowledge. After the quick imaging and eye exam the doctor came and spoke to me. The doctor was able to immediately tell me that I am a great candidate for Lasik. I was able to schedule my Lasik surgery appointment and the two follow up appointments the same day.

Everything went smoothly. They made me feel safe and very comfortable. Everything was explained step by step. I liked that they were transparent on anything I would feel during and after the procedure. The staff were very friendly. Its one day post-op and my vision is so much better. I personally dont feel any pain, I dont have burning sensation, nor see halos or have blurry vision. It feels awesome to no longer use glasses!

I had a wonderful experience with Boston Vision. To start, every member of their team from the front desk all the way to the doctors were very warm and friendly. I was grateful for their ease in accommodating my schedule for appointments. The videos before my initial consultation were quite insightful and clear. I felt like I had a good understanding of everything before even coming in the door. I was grateful for their thoroughness during my initial consultation. They measured everything multiple times, and then did it again on my day of surgery. I felt like I had plenty of opportunities to make sure all of my questions were answered throughout the entire process. I was glad with their pricing transparency as well as mentioning financing options and discounts through insurance. It was pleasant and comforting to meet my surgeon beforehand. No one seemed rushed at any point, which is extremely rare to find in todays healthcare landscape. The day of surgery was very smooth. They were very efficient. I arrived on time, and spent only a couple minutes waiting throughout the entire day. During the procedure, I felt like I was in good hands. The entire team talked me through the process, and it was very straightforward. If someone struggles with being claustrophobic, I would definitely recommend the relaxing medication they offer. I couldnt believe how fast the surgery was, and was glad they did an eye exam immediately following. I felt very cared for during my post-op visits. I couldnt believe that just 5 hours after surgery, my natural vision was just as good as when I would wear contacts or glasses. I did have slight blurriness in one eye a few days after surgery, which resolved the next morning after continuing to use the lubricating drops. Overall, I would definitely recommend Boston Vision to my friends and family.
