I can only speak for their customer service and I give them 5 stars. My husband and I were visiting Boston from another state and he lost the special sunglasses he needed during the post op period for the type of lens he had placed. After doing a Google search and found that Boston Vision does the same lens procedure I sent an email to see if they had the glasses available in the Brookline office. Even though my husband is not a patient of his, Dr. Brenner responded immediately and offered to provide him with the missing glasses, allowing my husband to enjoy the city and not need to spend the weekend in a dark hotel room. Thank you Dr. Brenner and staff.

Quick and easy; In and out. Had a thorough eye exam and got a new eyeglass prescription, a pressure test for glaucoma, a detail eye scan with photographs of my eyes. Very thorough, very professional, and very quick. Been going there for years, and plan to continue.
