My experience at Boston Vision was fantastic in every way, from the efficiency of the procedure to the clarity of pre- and post-care instructions, to the managing of expectations and the amount the staff were accommodating to my needs. Dr. Melki and his staff were very careful to not just assuage my concerns, but explain the science behind them, which is good as I don't typically go for anything I can't completely understand. I got MonoVision "installed," and now that I'm 1 month out from the 2nd eye getting done, the experience has been absolutely transformative in the best possible way. I would recommend any patients to follow the doctor's instructions precisely, to the letter, for best results as they really know what they are doing. They were both professional and empathetic, good at listening to my concerns, and quick on follow-up with questions. They even discovered that my previous prescription wasn't correct by measuring with three different instruments, plus a hand-done measurement, and actually measuring my corneal thickness to determine how much of a good candidate I was for LASIK. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering such procedures.
