The professional, courteous, and front desk personnel, Matty Sharon, were terrific! Very organized! They set a good vibe for the whole office! The Eye Exam Technician, Vanessa, was absolutely great with the whole exam process! She made it easy! Dr Patel explained everything simply and easy to understand. I saw Dr Arroyo for sudden eye problems, which turned out to be a burst blood vessel in the retina of my right eye. I was pleased to see him within 24 hours of my call. Everyone at the Brookline office was great. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was made comfortable at all times. I received the bad in a very caring and supportive way. If you need care for wet AMD, Dr Arroyo and his team are outstanding.
