I was impressed that the surgeon met with me at the initial appointment and describe the procedure. Some of their competitors do not meet with you until the day of the surgery.The procedure is a lot more uncomfortable than described. That is my only complaint. They should offer better pain meds. Six hours after the procedure, everything feels much better. 4 1/2 stars. Im a tough critic!

Dr. Brenner is definitely 5 Star! I gave 4 because....Office wait area, restroom, hallway, elevator, etc did not appear to be clean as expected, given COVID. Other medical offices I have been to recently observe much higher standards. Some staff very casual about distance, too.
